All orders will receive a confirmation email once product/s have been shipped including a tracking number and link allowing you to track your item/s. We use a weight and volume based system to calculate shipping charges. If an item exceeds cubic dimensions it will transfer to the next shipping rate even if it remains within weight tolerance. All orders include signature on delivery, you will be required to sign for your parcel when delivered.
Orders will generally be dispatched between 1 – 3 business days after confirmation of payment. For residential areas please allow 3 – 7 business days for delivery of order. Rural addresses will generally require an additional 2 – 4 days to be delivered. Remote locations may take as long as 2 weeks for parcel delivery.
We use Australia Post for all shipping services.

While we strive to ensure all orders are delivered within the specified time frame, factors such as public holidays (and/or Customs related delays for international orders) may sometimes not make this possible.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are determined by the weight and dimensions of your order and by your countries international shipping zone. We provide international shipping using the Australia Post International Standard service. Parcel tracking and signature on delivery is included with all international orders. Countries outside of Australia will generally receive their order in approximately 7 – 21 business days. International orders will be shipped using Australia Post services. We provide worldwide shipping for our products to most destinations, however we may be unable to post to every country. International orders do not incur Australian (GST) sales tax on shipping fees, your order will be calculated with $0.00 sales tax during shopping cart checkout. However, Customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees may be imposed upon entry to any international destination. The responsibility for any international duties, taxes and fees rest solely with the customer. Please contact your local Customs office or agency for further details.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them with a commercial value. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
