Warranty

We are proud of the products we manufacture and stand by our gear one hundred percent. If you are in any way dissatisfied with any of our products at the time of purchase, feel free to send them back to us for a full refund of the original retail purchase price.*

*Item must be returned within thirty (30) days, unused, unworn in as new condition, in original packaging with all hang tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a change of mind return if it does not comply with these conditions. Refund does not include shipping charges. Returned products require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to being sent to us. To get an RMA number please fill in and submit the Product Return Form.

TUSX products carry a full warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a twelve (12) month period from date of original purchase. In this time, if any product is found to be defective in materials and workmanship, and while being used for the intentions they were designed, will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

This warranty does not cover damages to products caused by accidents, improper care, misuse, natural wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time. Damages incurred by above stated causes, and all non-warranty repairs may be repaired at reasonable cost.

We guarantee to meet our obligation to put right any fault, deficiency or failure within accordance to your consumer rights with all statutes including Australian Consumer Law practices.

Returns

All warranty claims and returned products require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to being shipped. You may obtain an RMA number by filling in and submitting the Product Return form from within your My Account settings. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package. Any package that does not clearly and legibly display an RMA number will be returned to the sender, unprocessed.

All returned products must be washed and clean. Due to health and hygiene concerns, unwashed, dirty or soiled products will be returned to the sender, unprocessed.

Please include a letter or note with your name, address, phone number and email, outlining the problem with the product. If applicable, mark the damaged or affected area with tape.

You are responsible to pay for shipping when returning products. We strongly recommend you use postage with a tracking service when sending your item. We take no responsibility for items that do not reach us. We will pay the return shipping to you, we ship all items using Australia Post services.
