I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange a product?

Yes, we will happily exchange a product for another size. You’ll need to ensure the product is returned within 30 days in an unused condition. All hangtags must be attached and in original packaging. Please visit our Warranty and Returns page for more information on returning products.

I have not received a confirmation for an order I placed.

We send email notifications at all stages of the order process. If you are not receiving any emails from us please check your spam/junk folder. Failing that, if you still can not locate any emails then feel free to contact us.

Your website lists sizes from M1-M6, however the product I received has a regular size label (S, M, L, etc) ?

We are transitioning away from regular Alpha Sizing (S, M, L, etc) to our custom size labels of M1-M6. During this period some products will still use Alpha Sizing labels. To check our sizing against Alpha Sizing click here.

I need an invoice for an order. How can I get it?

You will be emailed a PDF invoice with every order. If you did not receive an invoice please check your spam/junk folder. Alternatively, you may log into your TUSX account and click on the ‘Orders’ tab. Here you may view, download, or print off a tax invoice.

I am trying to log into the TUSX website but don’t know my password!

Whenever you register or place an order on our website you will be emailed a system-generated password. You may use this password to log in. If you are unable to find your password simply click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link located beneath the ‘Log in’ button on the registration page. Here you may request to set a new password.

I’m not happy with the product I purchased, can I get a refund?

Yes, no problem. You’ll need to ensure the product is returned within 30 days in an unused condition. All hangtags must be attached and in original packaging. You can apply for a refund by filling in our Product Return Form. Please visit our Product Return Information page for more details.

How can I ensure I get the best fit for any products ordered?

We strongly recommend that you follow our sizing guides before confirming an order. To guarantee the best fit you will need to take your body measurements. Every product on our website that is available in multiple sizes will have a ‘Get Your Size’ button below the product price. Alternatively, you may also find our Sizing Guide here.

What’s the best way to wash TUSX clothing?

We recommend washing our products with Nikwax TechWash®. It is a high-performance cleaner for technical outerwear clothing. It’s also scent-free and contains no UV brighteners so is the best choice for performance hunting clothing.

My TUSX clothing used to repel water when it was new. But now I am noticing that water is beginning to soak into the fabric easier!

Certain TUSX products come factory treated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish. DWR is a polymer-based, chemical compound treatment applied to the face fabric during manufacture. It works by lowering the surface tension of the fabric, this will in turn cause water droplets to bead up and roll off. 

In time, dirt and body oils, abrasion, and multiple launderings can diminish the effects of DWR. This will result in the fabric absorbing moisture more readily or ‘wetting out’. At this time, we recommend using Nikwax SoftShell Proof™ Wash In to restore and revitalise the garments DWR. Reproofing of DWR is dependent on use, as an approximate guide, annual treatment at the beginning of the hunting season will suffice the typical active user.
